CONCEPT:
Cook books, as well as media, shows censored images of food. Here I want to show the VERY final image you got from the kitchen, not the finished dish, ready to be eaten, but all the remains from the preparation. Those are the things the media will never show you.

DESCRIPTION:
Photos from the kitchen, where Pietro, Maso and Toyin, spend most of their daily life.
At the begging I was tracking their fingers preparing food with my camera, then I realized I was tracking the remains of my own memory.
Remains contains photos from a space showing relations between body, pasta, zucchini and steel.
